Why: To expose the severe mishandling and lack of leadership committed by Nevada Governor, Steve Sisolak and his vastly unqualified and significantly inexperienced coronavirus task force.
Joey Gilbert has been leading a statewide effort against Nevada Governor, Steve Sisolak’s, unconstitutional, unscientific, and baseless emergency declarations that have destroyed our State, it’s residents, and the majority of our small businesses. The Governor’s emergency declarations have severely affected our children’s education, mental, physical, and psychological well-being because of his disastrous distance learning program, unwarranted cancelation of nearly all school sports, not to mention the ridiculous restrictions placed on virtually every event taking place in the State.
On balance, our senior citizens have suffered disproportionally due to restrictive policies that have isolated them from family and personal advocates in a manner that was egregiously unnecessary, resulting in the deaths of our older generation in nursing homes and care facilities that were absolutely preventable.
More importantly, the health and well-being of the entire population of Nevada was undermined by the purposeful withholding of effective therapeutic treatments and vitamins, thus forcing the public into Nevada hospitals at a price that was far greater than the treatment they could’ve received for less than $100 at their corner drugstore. This coordinated effort to drive the public into Nevada hospitals resulted in an untold number of unnecessary deaths, and fear that still grips Nevada residents at an unprecedented rate, driving alone in their cars with masks on.
Therapeutics, medications vitamins and nutraceuticals should have been made readily available at no cost to all residents of Nevada using CARES act money that was wastefully spent on complete nonsense like contact tracing, completely inaccurate PCR tests on healthy individuals and salaries for State, county and city employees.
Mr. Gilbert will question medical, legal and scientific experts, who have been actively treating patients with the coronavirus, battling inept government bureaucracies, navigating the legal landscape and advancing the highest standard in scientific processes in attempt to course correct and return Nevada back to normalcy.
